Had it been a large Semi with a large load. Possible. Still very unlikely.

I also see it highly unlikely this was intent. Previously there was another one where the vehicle entered the freeway illegally. That was very possibly some stupid attempt. Stupid because 0 possibly of it working. Unless the only intent was publicity.
