closed source code means nobody can hack it at least for a while til they figure it out on their own

2019-03-15 09:12:01 UTC

"open source"

2019-03-15 09:12:11 UTC

hardware doesn't control the hack, it's the software thats hackable

2019-03-15 09:12:20 UTC

software controls the hardware

2019-03-15 09:12:45 UTC

no

2019-03-15 09:13:16 UTC

chips have instructions that can leave them open for attacks

2019-03-15 09:13:37 UTC

hardware with embedded instructions is still software inside the hardware

2019-03-15 09:13:52 UTC

even the embedding can be hacked

2019-03-15 09:14:42 UTC

using standard issue hardware with known embedding leaves open points for attacks via hacks

2019-03-15 09:15:00 UTC

custom hardware has to be made to resist such attacks

2019-03-15 09:15:47 UTC

as well as custom software to diagnostic the hardware and other software even embedded custom code in the hardware

2019-03-15 09:15:47 UTC

close source software means you don't give away the tools to read the code ..in an open internet no body will use that. It doesn't mean the code when in use isn't safe.. on the contrary by allowing hackers to check the code it becomes more secure

2019-03-15 09:16:19 UTC

not all hackers share their code discoveries

2019-03-15 09:16:42 UTC

for money they will

2019-03-15 09:16:50 UTC

malicious hackers will only keep their back door entry points to themselves..only patriot hackers will expose the problems

2019-03-15 09:16:59 UTC

there is serious money involved

2019-03-15 09:17:27 UTC

theres always some form of money involved..either for malicious or the patriot

2019-03-15 09:17:38 UTC

I trust the bakers

2019-03-15 09:18:25 UTC

in the short run, the patriot hacker will prove themselves for the money...but in the long run, the malicious hackers will exploit the system for the money

2019-03-15 09:18:28 UTC

how would you do it?

2019-03-15 09:18:59 UTC

i'm a theorist mostly...not a coder/hacker

2019-03-15 09:20:03 UTC

I'm more practical and I don't really see it being worse then any other solution

2019-03-15 09:20:37 UTC

well they need to get off binary based coding for one to be secure

2019-03-15 09:21:36 UTC

this requires a new form of processing and new forms of data control and management...and code for it

2019-03-15 09:22:18 UTC

it's early days this on a human scale is another small step don't think we can't expect a perfect system day one

2019-03-15 09:22:55 UTC

well we went from binary, to 4bit, to 8bit to 16bit, to 32bit, to 64bit ...and so on

2019-03-15 09:22:56 UTC

could be revolutionary when done right

2019-03-15 09:23:12 UTC

but all based upon binary

2019-03-15 09:23:39 UTC

cpu's use 8base math, humans use 10base math

2019-03-15 09:23:45 UTC

thats another next step

2019-03-15 09:24:20 UTC

quantum computing doesn't work with binary code

2019-03-15 09:24:32 UTC

i suspect the nwo using trite based math(it's a 3)

2019-03-15 09:25:01 UTC

369

2019-03-15 09:25:02 UTC

but quantum computing has to be translated down to binary code

2019-03-15 09:25:15 UTC

then translated up to human code

2019-03-15 09:25:43 UTC

uhuh that's why it's very early stage in quantum computing

2019-03-15 09:25:59 UTC

trite based math in a cpu would be - yes, no, maybe

2019-03-15 09:26:03 UTC

like analog to digital

2019-03-15 09:26:13 UTC

and it's alot closer to quantum than most ppl realize

2019-03-15 09:27:29 UTC

anyway...having fun with this masonic series....current ep i'm on is - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0nNJCoTL-a0&list=PLoLytQk_WG5KNocqUfCWXQeaL9TEwxLj8&index=17
