Good in my case, used to have a gut but managed to loose it. Cut all fast food amd trans fat from my diet like butter for a month. This coming week is the last week of my diet

Using a treadmill so i usually run about 15-20 minutes
Did that almost every day for 2-3 weeks
Stopped for a week once i noticed my knees and ankles felt off
Yeah shit like that wears the fuck out of legs my knees and hip make some pretty nasty noises when I stand up
and I only bike 3 days a week
@noobypropmaker to make cardiovascular progress every session you need your heart rate to be in the zone for 25 minutes at a least. this means 30 minute sessions

Why not train for hypertrophy as well, and loose weight quicker from more muscle and become shredded?
I'm doing this because i just want to loose the gut, I'm not so much worried about gaining muscle as i am about loosing fat. Muscle I'll do at a later time
