I had that before
I saw something jump at me
Was freaking the fuck out when I came to
After I moved from my mom's house, I had regular sleep paralysis until I got my kitty
I haven't had sleep paralysis since... November 11th
Christ
I haven't had Sleep Paralysis since when I was like 5 or 6
when sleep paralysis was really big back in the day because of all the creepypasta shit, i would only sleep on my bed facing my wall or sometimes even covering my eyes with a blanket because i was so spooked about having sleep paralysis
this was years ago though
I used to do that, sleep with the blankets over my head/face in case I had sleep paralysis so I wouldn't see anything
*That was foolish*
why haha
Suffocation
but your eyes?
In my episodes, my buddy lifts up the blankets and gets into bed with me :^)
Your cat?
No, when I have sleep paralysis. I have a specific "demon" that always appears during it.
Less wholesome than I thought :(
i didn't know they could effect the real enviroment
I thought I was so fucking smart the first time I had sleep paralysis, I thought I was going to be ok because I had my blanket over my face.
Then the fucker climbed into bed with me and started breathing in my face and licking my neck LOL
b o o f
that's fucking surreal
My kitty does get into bed with me and try to comfort me when I start having an episode, night terrors or a nightmare though. god bless that stinky little boy, I love him so much
I remember like
people say you can also have auditory hallucinations in sleep paralysis?
yes
And they're fucked up an awful
I don't recall hearing anything when I had mine.
I just saw a fucking person, thing on the side of the wall coming out of my mom's room and then leaped at me.
5-6 year old me was fucking terrified
like the fucker was crawling on the side of the fucking wall on all fours
When I was 4-6, I saw a typical shadow person, but that house we lived in at the time was fuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked
I can quickly scribble the shadow person I saw lol
I had like
some visual hallucinations due to lack of sleep
because insomnia
saw like shadow figures in the corner of my eye
Been seeing stuff like that more frequently
I've had sleep deprivation hallucinations, but they're *always* the same thing, except for one instance
not sure if I mentioned that before, but I don't really sleep well anymore after Afghanistan
