last I checked laser weapons were too power hungry for non-static applications outside of ships and large planes

I mean a HEL with a fast-track turret could blap shells out of the sky real fast

shrapnel and EFP-based interceptors are more reliable and multi-use

a laser would choke the thing's engine just to charge

Not gonna do much but give you a nasty burn, but you can rig it up with some frequency doubling and mail-ordered lasing medium
