@Vargvid You got some input
What's the question here
Can you shoot on your own property = no
also yeah that
If you live outside of cities you can generally go shoot anywhere in the forests and it'll be legal
Allemansrätten is a big deal, so it's not always sure your large owned plot of land will not have people camping in it though
oops, got shot trespassing
Basically in Sweden an old king gave everyone the right to roam
And enjoy the forests
yeah
interesting
It's now a "constitutional law" or however you would call it here
A priviledge that has the reverance of a right
weird
no one really cares in the US unless it's corporately or privately owned iirc
and certain govt. property
m well that is the point, it unrestricts private and corporate owned land
so no angry corporate man can come screaming at you
oh, now that makes more sense
not sure I agree with that
but I dint grow up with it
It's rooted deeply in our society and people
Taught alot about it back in school, not sure if they still do it though
basically = nature is for everyone and nobody has the right to restrict it
and that's why we have protected national parks
although as you said, it's ingrained in the culture
here, nature is just a dumping ground to most people
yea, it's a shame
my driveway comes out on a pretty major road
I get to pick up garbage thrown out of cars when getting my mail at least once a week
people give zero shits
Here if you dump we could lose the right to roam so everyone is scared to do it
As a result it scares people shitless
Good
Litterers are shit.
That and Sweden modernized too early for its own health
I get shit in my road all the time.
Several hundred years ago dudes worrying over pollution when napeolonic shit and late knight era shit be going down
