Special Containment Procedures: SCP-3991 is to be contained in a sound resistant cell, 12m2 of room (3m × 4m) and 3m high. The door is made out of 20cm thick steel and 1,3m high to prevent SCP-3911 from escaping (it is afraid to bend itself because it fears to reveal its inner body parts). There is no need of maintenance. A special ventilation is installed to take care of the gases (SCP-3991-1), which will be filled in extra canisters that will be hid in room ██. Class-D personnel must be used for interviews.
Description (calm phase): SCP-3991 is a humanoid 1,73m tall creature that weights 69,7kg. Its appearance is often described as flawless. SCP-3991 has dark brown hair, a pale skin and a black iris. The inner body is visible from its back, but covered by 3991’s long hair. It has long fingernails and a soft skin.
SCP-3991 is able to speak and quite communicative, charming and very tempting for the male sex.
Description (aggressive phase): SCP-3991 is very lean so the structure of its bones is visible, has black eyes and its hair is floating and it produces a black cloud (SCP-3991-1). It has sharp teeth and twice as long fingernails as in its calm phase.
SCP-3991 is very uncommunicative, aggressive, inaccessible and unprincipled.

Interviewer: D-1431
SCP-3991:How are you?
D-1431: good and you?
SCP-3991: I feel fine.
D-1431: How did it happen, that your innards are visible?
SCP-3991: I don’t know what you mean.
D-1431: You know exactly what I mean!
SCP-3991: See it for yourself!
D-1431 goes to SCP-3991 and uncovers her innards. SCP-3991 transforms, SCP 3991-1 appears and devours D-1431 entirely. D-1431 seems to be confused and shocked and is in a shock stare. SCP-3991 starts to beat the thorax of D-1431 until he collapses dead. 3991 takes D-1431’s heart and puts it next to its own visible innards where it merges with them. SCP-3991’s heart becomes a bit more black.
