Dude, the deforestation of the Amazonia started on the 70s with the anticommunist militar dictatorship that Bolsonaro still talks wonders about. They privatized most of the Amazonia in favour of some oligarchs and foreigners, once the land it's privatized how will you stop them? They don't care about any law, nor local, nor international. Lula couldn't stop them. But these process was started by your dictatorship. And if you pretend to expropriate the land a civil war could happen, this is so fucked up for real. They are slowly but surely killing all the Amazonia, since the 70s till now, more than 20% of the forest got deforestated
