there has to be a setting that mutes background noise. I don't know why I'm hearing it. but it is over riding your voice. loudly

I really think you are sitting next to a tv or something that is causing your sound to be disrupted.

Even you cell phone will cause disruption. A furnace or microwave, some large electronic device or appliance is causing you problems.

Anyway, that pic i just posted is my laptop.

its the fan that is built into your laptop to keep the circuitry cool

hmmm. this is crazy! I get the mic to work... then used the test feature... and that's when it started making this noise.. and now I cant get it to stop.
