but it doesn't mean that an impeached president can't run in the next term
the impeachment process is not final until the senate votes

If he is the judge for it
he can get nullified from sc if the rest of sc sees that he's violated the constitution and the bill of rights
impeachment is put on hold while the lead judge is under review by the rest of the sc
