majority of those 'darknet' sites in the news the feds just so happened to raid(they already raided it months or yrs back, ur just now finding out about it)...are on tor
so even visitors to such sites even if it's by accident or somebody shared a bad link...can be traced back to any user on tor

theres lower domains than tor
aside from going straight ftp or other connections. it is the dark browser
use a good spider and u can find even the darkest domain hidden even on the surface web
it either has an encypted ip or stealthy ip not listed on dns servers
the really interesting thing is the domain network between the deep and dark web is the domain where banking transactions happen
also where crypto happens as well
tor is fine just dont go to unknown tor urls
