This is hillarious, I'm watching the impeachment I'm guessing pre-vote speeches, prob lagging behind live stream. I've never seen this happen before: the camera is watching the members before and after they speak to see how they receive their congrats from their colleagues (..) and how they behave when they are not speaking. Notes are being passed and I'm guessing they are all being sent txts when they are on camera as they've all started sitting there quietly, pretending tp listen to their opponents furtively looking at the camera to see if they can see it's focussed on them.
