There is NO "intepretation of our Constitution and Bill of Rights. IF one speaks and reads their Native Language by INternational Interpretation Law; One cannot interpret their own language. HOWEVER, one cannot interpert another because they do not have the authority to do so.
This also covers Modern English found in the King James Version of The Hol;y Bible. This Law makes all other "TRANSLATIONS" NULL & VOID.
