@Psychedelic Corpse Fucker Still works for me. I’m a tall fucker, though, and I’ve got a lot of distance to cover, so getting over 50 is still a task for me.

But diamonds give you those nice chest muscles. But wide-stance is also important, otherwise you're arms start looking kind of weird.

@Psychedelic Corpse Fucker Fair point; I usually do close-in dumbbell presses (hammer and bar) for the pecs, but I was a lazy fuck over the holidays so I’m back to the functional strength stuff until I’m back up to where I was in Oct.
