Also what excersises do you do?

2019-03-13 11:04:58 UTC

Certain limitations might help

2019-03-13 11:14:10 UTC

@|DESPAIR|Percy| form and technique are more important than how much weight you can lift - be patient brother of the church of steel, the weight will come.

2019-03-13 11:24:35 UTC

He can’t develop form and technique on his own though, you need people correcting you, especially if you’re a greenhorn

2019-03-13 12:01:02 UTC

He can film himself.

2019-03-13 12:01:11 UTC

Good morning, gentlemen.

2019-03-13 12:02:24 UTC

@Xychotic Good morning, brother.

2019-03-13 12:09:05 UTC

Ronin Man just posted a new video about pain and transformation that I thought was pretty deep. If you are in an introspective mood then I recomend watching it.

2019-03-13 12:15:41 UTC

Any of you people ever heard off koiito kenibi?

2019-03-13 12:19:55 UTC

Que? Meow meow ...

2019-03-13 12:23:30 UTC

Just when we were best buddies

2019-03-13 12:23:36 UTC

😭

2019-03-13 12:30:08 UTC

@ChaonThe5th move is harder so is rr. But it depends. If you have been lazy then

2019-03-13 12:30:28 UTC

If you can also buy a pair of gymnastics rings. And a band then you are mostly set for gym

2019-03-13 12:30:47 UTC

@Nawalter Jizney actually you can

2019-03-13 12:40:22 UTC

????

2019-03-13 12:58:36 UTC

@Nawalter Jizney you're not wrong

2019-03-13 13:09:11 UTC

@|DESPAIR|Percy| Start doing your individual reps slowly and, yeah, record yourself and compare to a proper posture.

2019-03-13 13:09:26 UTC

The only thing better is expert coaching.

2019-03-13 13:29:37 UTC

@MoonCore I have not, who is he

2019-03-13 13:40:36 UTC

@|DESPAIR|Percy| Do harder exercises. Try one-armed pushups, one leg shrimp squats holding the ankle of the passive leg with one hand. Do pullups with strict form, with a dead hang between reps. Glute-ham raises with your ankles tucked under a pullup bar a few inches above the ground.

2019-03-13 13:44:57 UTC

@zatoichi I like the direction you're taking the advice. Did you notice that he's struggling with form, though? I don't think he's ready for difficulty if he can't do the current ones right.

2019-03-13 13:55:32 UTC

Higher weights require precision form and technique

2019-03-13 13:55:59 UTC

This is why you see retards using the bar tampon and the pussy belt to lift that heavier weight faster then they should be

2019-03-13 14:00:44 UTC

@Whats gay anymore yeah, its a good off-brand anime

2019-03-13 14:00:53 UTC

"Offbrand Anime"

2019-03-13 14:11:23 UTC

Bar tampon?

2019-03-13 14:11:51 UTC

I know the back brace = pussy belt, but bar tampon is new to me.

2019-03-13 14:15:09 UTC

Wtf is a bar tampoon?

2019-03-13 14:15:16 UTC

<:why:480186116222353410>

2019-03-13 14:15:19 UTC

I'll try make sense. Good posture has certain sensations that go with it. It also includes muscles being activated in a particular way. By learning that you can learn to have good posture. But it requires being strict with yourself and not rushing or being egoistic when you work

2019-03-13 14:15:53 UTC

I think ‘bar tampon’ is the cushion that covers the bar where your shoulders are.

2019-03-13 14:17:31 UTC

Second all exercises should be hard. Even wall pushups can be difficult if done right. That said my point was that if you have been lazy all your life then yes start slow. But if you haven't and have exercised then you can and should speed up. The bigger issue is that the guy is saying an excersise is easy but that they can't do harder ones cause joints.

2019-03-13 14:17:40 UTC

@MasculineOtterMobile I believe it is indeed

2019-03-13 14:26:21 UTC

@CappyK Right. That last point indicates that his focus needs to be on prehab or he'll be flirting with a serious injury.

2019-03-13 14:28:01 UTC

@Xychotic agreed Oh, does convict conditioning include dead hangs?

2019-03-13 14:29:18 UTC

@CappyK you can learn and understand fundamentals but you CANNOT maximize movement without a partner that’s close to or equivalent your understanding of exercising

2019-03-13 14:29:31 UTC

Old I know but I just came back

2019-03-13 14:31:11 UTC

@Nawalter Jizney I don't think it can't be done. There's enough books out there, like Body By Science that detail exceptionally well how to do it and what should be experienced.

2019-03-13 14:31:43 UTC

Of course, it helps to have machines because there's far less opportunity for deviation.
