There is no chance of him getting voted out of office. 67 Senators would have to vote to convict him, which will never happen.

because by definition executive order is a directive issued to civil servants on how to implement legislation (execute it) if there's no legislation backing up the order it's a moot point
in that case a presidential proclamation would be more fitting

keep in mind that most of the guys have been there decades before Trump
and the whole "drain the swamp" - narrative isn't really all the rage on capitol hill

Yeah, for better and worse the President is not an autocrat. These things take time. He's done things no other politiican would have done.
