I'm a mgtow rookie but i can see myself falling back onto the plantation quick so i agree. Avoid contact as much as possible until you're at least secure in your path.

That’s a hard one, I’ve always had that sort of selfishness in me so once I ran into mgtow it was easy to say fuck you to everyone outside trying to use me, I guess maybe if you can’t let go of what people think, then at least be more selfish and selective about it for starters. So you would pick out who by seeing if they actually care about you and if what they tell you or their judgement comes from a good place, you pit your own thoughts against theirs if they even got past being worthy of your attention and go from there

I think this method will exclude the majority of people hence eliminating a good portion of external validation
