Hmm, the only thing I've done is use the plunger and eventually it works. You could try drain cleaner if it can still go down even if it's slow.

Holy crap I think that did it. I poured about 7 gallons of slightly warmer than a lukewarm water into the bowl and the pressure almost immediately removed the blockage. Yay, I can shit with confidence again.
