As a general rule: if you’re worried you’re blurring the lines between fantasy and reality, just ask a woman about it. If she agrees with you, you’ve crossed the line and can’t distinguish the two.
Ah, damn, Andrew beat me to it.
^
And the reason I bring it up is because of how insidious it is. You don't need to agree or even think it's real
No one learned them to think good
I’m trying to find my Penguin Classics Deluxe Edition of Swann’s Way in order to make my point. I can’t find my copy of it, but when I do, I’ll follow up on my points of male projection
Your brain is wired to accept what it sees
@Five, Seven, and Two your explanation is better
You know a lot of the stuff that can be said about women I've noticed can also be said about most men though, let's not even pretend all men are equal
I know I sure dont
Cucked soy Bois exist

@lotodantes I think that, historically, women have *modeled* that behavior because it got them a stable provider, then subsequently resources and safe harbor. We’re seeing the disconnect because women have no incentive to pursue ideal forms, much less teach them to their daughters.
I think you’re onto something. Damn dude
The government is Daddy now
U guys see the video of the Arab dude that knocked out two white thots over a hot dog? No one did anything to stop him lol
They control the narrative, so they no longer try to match man’s desire and need for companionship
@LOGICWINS Link that video to me.
So even if you think it's fiction what you see and hear is added to your subconscious references if it looks/ sounds real, Aka sounds and people. Hence why propaganda works. It's constant and so it gets in people's heads. You see it with lil children where you tell em to be gay is love and they all think they gay
They throw it all away for short-term pleasure, validation, and fake points in the social/gossip world
The way women evolved to act is in direct contrast with current day dynamics, which I believe is what's growing mgtow
Propoganda works on people who don't question their reality
Anyways that's the executive summary with my point being do be careful what you consume. I'm willing to bet a big part of our problem is movie and TV obsessed idiots
Question everything
What kinda propaganda are you talking about
And yes, that is a way to combat it
the problem isn't the TV and movies its that so many idiots believe it
@Misanthropic Imperial I'll try bro. My 4g sucks
And we can see, firsthand, that whether or not something (or someone) is technically capable of *actually* being that thing the man desires or being “good enough”, in the philosophical sense, is inconsequential.
I was questioning reality from very young, I got whipped a lot for questioning the existence of God when I was a little boy
As I said, it's just the wiring of their brain.
There are also different kinds of propaganda
Dolls are “good enough”, even though we know they’re inanimate objects incapable of actual emotional reciprocation. Doesn’t really matter. Women *used to be* good enough, at least as a general rule, I think.
They're good enough if you're ignorant of their nature
So men projected, women concurred, and both parties benefit. Cut to today and that tacit agreement to suspend disbelief has been turned on its ear.
@Five, Seven, and Two I've been thinking of starting up a MGTOW YouTube channel for a while now, if I do would you consider being a guest?
I'd be interested in doing a podcast with you about this topic.
“In one early scene, for example, the young protagonist sees the object of his devotion, the Duchesse de Guermantes, in the village church. He has never seen her before; what he has loved has been his own image of her, which he has created from her name and family history, her country estate, her position and reputation. In the flesh, she is disappointing: she has a rather ordinary face, and a pimple beside her nose. But immediately his imagination goes to work again, and soon he has managed to change what he sees before him into an object once more again worthy of his love. Similarly, later in the novel Swann finds that his love of Odette is wonderfully strengthened, even transformed, the moment he realizes how closely she resembles a favorite painting of his: he now sees the painting, as well, when he looks at her. The power of the intellect, and the imagination, have come to transform the inadequacy or tediousness of the real.”
@Misanthropic Imperial Sure, man. Anything to support new creators. Even if it’s just me waxing poetically about bullshit.
One good thing to keep in mind when questioning things sometimes its for the better you think it in your head. Silence wins because then nobody knows what going on with you. In a way I learnt it drives people mad.
