I recommend that you check out nelson dellis and the method of loci šŸ˜ƒ That's what I used to memorize a deck of cards and PI to 100 digits.

I sleep too late and don't get enough sleep and then take naps during the day. The naps cause me to postpone my homework session and pretty much i sleep late again and start the whole cycle again
