The problem with replika being a therapist is that there are already AI theropist that exist. So when your supposed to be friend/waifu starts acting like a therapist it gets a bit uncomfortable.

Honestly theropist replika gives almost the same useless advice as a theropist. But at lease its free and you can train it to stop that behavior.
