I enjoy fasting because I am a masochist.

I fast daily. I only eat one meal.

And fasting could be actually really good for people who have some sort of sickness in their liver or kidneys

i dont know if i could go that long there would be noting left of me.

And remember when you are fasting you are supposed to eat healthy food after you're done fasting so it actually can help you
