Its not for many girls but those which were with us were expected the same of as the boys. No seperate shitting hole, no exception from initialy being struggled and tied to the ground with tentpegs (espacialy if you were older), we had girls walking around camp without underwear in only a shirt and nobody batted an eye or paid any special attention to it.
