First of all: the diference about climate and weather

Climate: conditions at long term

Weather: conditions at short term

To really say that Climate is changing, one would have to evaluate the average condition on a given period

The período is of 30 yrs, acording to the meteoroligist scientific community

If the average of the last 30 yrs ( 1988-2018) is significativaly diferent from the previous 30 yrs period (1958-1988) then you have climate change

However, threre's 2 things!

Conditions are a combination of factors: min and max temperarure, rain, wind, umidity, solar radiation....

All of them would need to be different in both time periods

The 2nd thing: climate varies to region

One region might be experiencing climate changing, while other is not

Climate change could be regional. Like LA smog affecting the clouds and climate above LA.

How that affect the intire planet? I don't know. But I know whow it change regionaly

@Kazemaru I’ve gathered two consistent points from my research. 1) climate change typically takes 1,000 years. 2) the reports and numbers from “all scientists” have been vastly inflated to keep the research budgets rolling.
