Idk why mugen was freezing up during that stream for the new roundtable video. Usually i put other gameplay over it but it takes like 4 hours to render it and i ran out of time. Plus i figured people usually listen to longer videos instead of watching it

in fallout 76. people are going into the ini and disabling the frame rate. and their characters are able to shoot, melee , move, reload, and do things like healing faster than someone limited to 60fps. in an mmo

highly recommend fallout new vegas. its very good

it improved everything fallout 3 did. and it has alot of really good rpg mechanics and elements
