i could hear you at first, haven'tseen it light up for awhile, i know you said you were having problems hearing us

2018-11-09 00:47:19 UTC

2018-11-09 00:50:22 UTC

... better audio quality @Null

2018-11-09 00:53:21 UTC

so we went to fallout - new computer - saving for SHTF

2018-11-09 00:55:51 UTC

And freaked out about AIs

2018-11-09 00:56:02 UTC

...for some silly reasons

2018-11-09 00:56:57 UTC

🤷

2018-11-09 00:57:09 UTC

Fearmongering is all it is.

2018-11-09 00:58:14 UTC

From those uneducated about the material they are discussing

2018-11-09 00:58:40 UTC

That, or they haven't thought about the topic critically...at all.

2018-11-09 00:59:02 UTC

Or perhaps they have, but prefer the wool over their eyes?

2018-11-09 00:59:12 UTC

Willful Ignorance?

2018-11-09 00:59:16 UTC

Disgusting.

2018-11-09 00:59:49 UTC

Yeah. It's Heresy.

2018-11-09 01:00:37 UTC

You are right though, my personal feelings aside, willful ignorance is a possibility. Some find the truth, realize they cant or are unwilling to accept it and choose to continue to be sheep.

2018-11-09 01:01:02 UTC

*sigh*

2018-11-09 01:01:22 UTC

What?

2018-11-09 01:02:05 UTC

no, it's me acknowledging there is a point there.

2018-11-09 01:03:02 UTC

its sad

2018-11-09 01:04:39 UTC

Ah, yeah. I've met a number of wilfully ignorant people, they lead blissful lives for sure

2018-11-09 01:04:47 UTC

Such as they are

2018-11-09 01:05:20 UTC

Can it be bliss if you know it's all screwn?

2018-11-09 01:07:47 UTC

I think after a while they forget about what they know or it gets pushed so far back in their minds they might as well have never been made aware in the first place. You could in a fashion, consider such a mindset a defense mechanism.

2018-11-09 01:09:42 UTC

To put it another way - they discover an uncomfortable truth, decide they cant handle it because they lack the physical, mental or emotional fortitude (or any combination thereof) to accept it and choose to forget or ignore it all costs so they can continue as they were.

2018-11-09 01:10:22 UTC

Example: being redpilled, getting off the plantation and then meeting a NAWALT who leads you back.

2018-11-09 01:11:45 UTC

Some people just lock bad memories at the back of their mind and only focus on 'now'.

2018-11-09 01:13:20 UTC

Sure. It's a perfectly normal coping mechanism

2018-11-09 01:13:47 UTC

But eventually, it's going to resurface

2018-11-09 01:14:01 UTC

That is always possible.

2018-11-09 01:14:44 UTC

It's all unconscious I think, or else it wouldn't be a defense mechanism. That's why mgtow tend to have suffered gynocentric pain, makes us more open to the truth

2018-11-09 01:14:50 UTC

@nate112332 yes it does

2018-11-09 01:15:03 UTC
2018-11-09 01:15:23 UTC

What was your question about social media Null?

2018-11-09 01:15:38 UTC

I was curious about that

2018-11-09 01:15:53 UTC

Since you don't use it do you feel alienated from coworkers because of it?

2018-11-09 01:16:03 UTC

I don't work anymore

2018-11-09 01:16:16 UTC

Neetbux?

2018-11-09 01:16:25 UTC

Or retirement

2018-11-09 01:16:43 UTC

and honestly the people around here some women are big into facebook but it's not as pervasive or meaningful, it's still pretty backwards

2018-11-09 01:17:13 UTC

I'm paid off property and live lean, investment income does it for me.

2018-11-09 01:17:43 UTC

I think I only paid $10k for all my living expenses last year and that wasn't even trying to save big
