Definitely true. It is getting awful than it once was. But my chronic nightmares already indicated such type of outcome.
Its rare I ever get a good nights rest, let alone a good dream.
Call me doom and gloom, but at least he helps me retain vigilance.
Stardusk does upload stuff.
Personally though, I and wondering. For some of you MGTOW getting kvatched by YouTube. Is there no way to sue them for misconduct/censorship?
Prager U (as much as I strongly dislike them) are doing that.
I doubt it given it's a self governing private platform
Nope, it would be within their EULA to be able to do this.
EULA is still beholden to federal law.
They can simply state it doesn't fit our community guidelines so you're not going to monetized.
So censorship of free speech that is not illegal content, not even violating rules they've the right to discriminate?!?
When it's something you agreed to, it doesn't mean shit if it beholden to federal law. That's how most EULAs are worded.
There’s always avenues like patreon twitch ect
So if I was to write a EULA for my business that condones racism against Native Americans, I wont have to worry about being sued or axed?
Patreon and Twitch are not neutral.
Well, how are you going to get the court to see this as a case of discrimination based of any of those things?
By condone, not encourage, I mean tolerate.
What i am sayn is that youtube is not the 1 and only and can ultimately shoot them self’s in the foot like myspace 4 example
Say if someone uplaoded anti-Seneca content but any content promoting anti-white or anti-black gets axed? Would those people be able to sue me if under my companies EULA?
I do hope satires are truly protected by law though...
The case with the Christian baker proved that you can get taken to court for pretty much any discrimination, but the judge has the final say in most cases
Cuz if I do return to MQ, I got two satires I need to make. Just unsure if it is still protected by law anymore.
I'm no expert but I believe satire is protected by the copyright act
HELL YEAH! Kelsey Seneca, you gonna get karma for what you did bitch!
Most of the normies don't care though.
And Benjamin Smith gonna get some too! HO!
It's only the right and fringe groups like MGTOW that get affected
If you get off of YouTube, your reach is severely limited.
YT can axe you at any time for any "reason"
If your aim is to redpill a lot of guys, it's going to be difficult.
What if my aim is to create controversial video games?
I crave me some controversay!
I wonder when theyll start axing mgtows for being sexist
That could easilynhappen to trm
Tfm*
Depends on the platform you release the game on and how controversial. Steam is pretty lax but they delete games like the School Shooter Simulator
Steam wont remove ot
It*
Sex always sells lol
I can actually believe why they shot down School Shooter Sim - the game was actually terrible shovelware in its own right.
Asset flipping and copyrighted content too.
