The military teaches discipline, mental toughness, physical toughness, how to operate in a social hierarchy and do well in it, etc....It's basically a warrior mindset that I love about it

yep, I understand, i was in this state for almost 8 month

i go to the gym 4-5 times a week, running about 3 times a week, go on diet

If I were even able to get into the military, I'd do it, just to toughen up a bit

I got to hit the gym hard again

3 day lifting split and martial arts 3 days per week would be ideal for me
