oh?
you could say they fit a certain archetype
but they are not going to 'represent" something
I plan on reading the LOTR books in my vacation
I once started but couldn’t finish them
Its been several years since I read them, so its not really fresh in my mind.
I saw the sheer size of the first book and decided against starting it. I kinda regret it
The books are absolute units
I read the Hobbit. Really liked it
I got a combined trilogy book. It looks hughmungus
like Sam is a archetype "loyal companion"
But Sam have his own substance and growth arc
he is not "just there to help the main character"
Ganji (or whatever) was awesome
my fave scene in the first movie was where sam is drowning and frodo reaches into the water and catches his hand
@Victortze I didnt know their ages
you can figure that out by using the timeline appendix
Aragorn actually worked in Gondor as a soldier before
Frodo is like 60 in the books right.
they should be working on Silmarillion right now
I thought Bilbo was 60s and Frodo about 20s or 30s
Naw bilbo was like 100
the first LOTR was EPIC
In the books
everyone was on the edge of their seats waiting for it to come out
Im prob gonna jack off
👀 ^
some guests still lingering
wating for "it" to come out?
The scenes in LOTR are some of the most epic in cinema history
really want to shove my cock in one girls holes-- all three holes
"waiting for it to come out" you're into that public shit
@Deleted User I agree
Especially the Rohirrim charge and Haradrim vs. Rohirrim
epic shit
in the two towers when Gondor (was it) went to war and closed in from behind on the orcs...
that was some epic shit when he gave those three shouts and everyone shouted with him
before they charged
Amazon is making a new series on Middle Earth. It’s either based on younger Aragorn or the silmarillion
groan
