because even when Ring lure him with everything in the world all Sam think about is "Mr.Frodo"
Sam got married and had kids tho 🤔
@shadowlessnexus here here, amen!
In the west, it's seen as questionable but in other parts of the world, primarily the Middle East, men hold hands walking down the street
@shadowlessnexus there has never been anything gay about it feminist just know when men can speak freely we figure their bullshit out way quicker
Frodo doesn't have the same description
Frodo went to heaven
or "sailed" to heaven
Thats where Gandalf came from.
If I have my perfect garden... with Mr.Frodo there....
he was from Heaven
same as Sauron
actually out of the fellowship, only Merry, Peppin and Aragorn didn't sail for Valinor
Aragorn is i think a type of man
Aragorn is a numenor descendent , He is in his 90s when the story starts
Though it seems to me the characters of Lord of the Rings meet different types
the fellowship is incredibly old , boromir is the "younger" member
Gandalf: Unknown Legolas : around 3000, Gimli: 120 ish, Aragorn: 90 Frodo :60s Sam: 50s, Boromir, merry ,peppin: 30s
Also boromir
I was talking about what they represent
oh?
you could say they fit a certain archetype
but they are not going to 'represent" something
I plan on reading the LOTR books in my vacation
I once started but couldn’t finish them
Its been several years since I read them, so its not really fresh in my mind.
I saw the sheer size of the first book and decided against starting it. I kinda regret it
The books are absolute units
I read the Hobbit. Really liked it
I got a combined trilogy book. It looks hughmungus
like Sam is a archetype "loyal companion"
But Sam have his own substance and growth arc
he is not "just there to help the main character"
Ganji (or whatever) was awesome
my fave scene in the first movie was where sam is drowning and frodo reaches into the water and catches his hand
@Victortze I didnt know their ages
you can figure that out by using the timeline appendix
Aragorn actually worked in Gondor as a soldier before
Frodo is like 60 in the books right.
they should be working on Silmarillion right now
