in The movie its changed to him being forced to escape from Shire, which made him looked like a teenager

tell "you cant make three parts with it" to the creators of soap operas... you can make three parts out of any book or movie

I feel like if amazon did a movie on silmarillion, the cgi wouldn’t do it justice. There are loads of epic scenes in the book like Numenor breaking up, Balrogs riding dragons and Earendil fighting Ancalagon
