I'm also a heavy smoker. I just recently started vaping again. I used to smoke a pack to a pack and a half a day.

On the topic of plastics though in my experience as long as it says BPA free on the bottle/container you're safe. Also a big one is make sure to use ceramic, cast iron or steel cookware. Most other stuff is highly toxic.

Yeah a lot of people toke and vape these days. Vaping is a lot cleaner than tobacco, but you're still ingesting nicotine which is a harmful toxin.

I don't get it, even after a tolerance reset. I guess i've been toking too long, plus i have a strong mind even though i suffer from generalized anxiety. I take meds for it though that control it well.

Dear diary,
My stomach hurts really bad and I haven't been able to read or watch anymore Anime. We only have chicken ramen to eat and pizza is for dinner. I don't think I can make it. The situation with my friends and ex's are getting more complicated. It's also 44 degrees outside.
Am I going to die?

Eat more grass fed meat
i feel amazing
i upped my lamb broth and steak intake
cut processed
i have ckn broc and brown rice sometimes white at work
no reason to go full carnivore
but i really do feel the extra energy
i take vit d + zinc + ZMA + fish oil + probiotics for sups
orgain powder on go or in rush for protein/meal

@VenomousHawk86 You can't go wrong with just meat, fruits and veggies. Unless you're trying to go vegetarian/vegan which has amazing health benefits. Plus making sure you get plenty of pre and probiotics for your gut health.
