@VenomousHawk86 yeah you should switch to glass whenever possible. Those xenogens act like estrogen which can really mess you up long term. However if you get 8 hours of sleep regularly, eat a balanced diet of fats, fiber, protein and complex carbs you should be good. Also lifting boosts test production, avoid excess cardio

Ideally you should do around 90-120 of moderate cardio a week for health. However hiit and other challenging workouts cut that time down.

I'm also a heavy smoker. I just recently started vaping again. I used to smoke a pack to a pack and a half a day.

On the topic of plastics though in my experience as long as it says BPA free on the bottle/container you're safe. Also a big one is make sure to use ceramic, cast iron or steel cookware. Most other stuff is highly toxic.

Yeah a lot of people toke and vape these days. Vaping is a lot cleaner than tobacco, but you're still ingesting nicotine which is a harmful toxin.
