Think about it, do you really women openly get paid less? Of course not. There is no "Hiring a doctor - men - 1500; women - 1000". It is as they say actually an "earnings" gap. Basically how much women as a totall earn compared to men. And women as a whole tend to go for jobs that pay less, even in the same professions women work less hours.

Women are less like to work overtime, they take more sick days, and they take maternity leave

A fucking great example is how 90% of nurses are women. But even so 30% of all professional papers on nursing topics are done by men.

In the early 00's I started a job at 7.50 and after 4 months new guys were making $9 to work the same job but they didn't give the older guys raises

I'm not mad at the workers though, I'm mad at the companies trying to squeeze out as much work they possibly can out of us, while paying us as low as possible

I'm sort of greedy though, I like having money and I don't like having to deal with authorities too much

More and more found out how easy the free ride was and are just looking for it now i mean think about it y be tied down with responsibilities like a husband job and household

Now you're ostracized if you even yell at a woman, they can divorce rape you, and they're empowered if they suck 100 dicks per hour. That's how it got so bad
