Does where you go in college matter? Mom has been getting on my ass for going to a school that practically accepts any decent student.

If I pursue in the medical field I can see the need of it but still people have graduated and became doctors with less odds in their favor. So why does it matter?

Then I wouldn't recommend going into the medical field. You need to be motivated enough to go to school for 12 years and write hundreds of papers

Also everyone overlooks trade schools. They're cheap, short, and a lot of the jobs start really high (except HVAC)
