What changes did you notice?
almost everything is psychologic changes. at first glance, my motivation on day 7/9 was high af, it made me to start changing for the best, at day 10, i have some sort of (what i believe) testosterone boost, at day 30++ i almost have no urge to fap, it boosted my confidence too
back in the days that i was fapping, i wake up like a zombie, eat shit, done nothing productive, and sleep

what sucks is, the range is only a day or two
I went for 4 months and was never more depressed in my life
but did you change something? or you was depressed cuz your life sucks, and the porn is just a "mask" of that reality, and your hole life depends on porn.
It was basic training for the army so I was in top physical form and ate healthier than most people on a diet
if you realise that your life sucks, you will be depressed, but then you have to turn that in some sort of motivation and do something that turn the table for you.

I get tired of changing my underwear once a week in the middle of the night. I also get no benefits from nofap apart from time saved not fapping. Which I natrually don't do when I am busy doing other shit. I don't keep myself busy for 2 solid weeks at a time since I am not psychotic or in the army anymore, so nofap doesn't work for me either.
@Kragt same here I actually do try to lay off as much as possible but when it becomes distracting I just clear the pipes and move on I typically only do it a few times per week now
The wet dreans (or nightfall) really sucks, i agree. You can change your time to sleep (wake up 4AM, go to sleep 9/10PM), i done that and since my frist week (currently on 7 weeks) i never had any wet dreans any more, and i dont know why
@Reaper Pretty much, if I am fapping every day it is more a sign that I have too much spare time. If I don't have energy then it means I am probably not taking good care of my diet.
So instead of stopping fapping, drink a cup of coffee, shower, make sure I got some salad greens in the fridge and watch some practical engineering before forcing myself to study something.
@Kragt yes addressing overall energy levels is more important I think
The wet dreams slow down after a few months but after 6 months solid I was still having them every 2-3 weeks.
