If you drink dairy. Get pasteurized milk out of your diet immediately it’s a@cancer festival

2019-01-08 01:12:26 UTC

It inflamed your joints and gut

2019-01-08 01:12:41 UTC

Switch to raw milk

2019-01-08 01:12:50 UTC

@Ravensong nothing wrong w/farm raised if it comes from a farm that does things right...

2019-01-08 01:13:11 UTC

I guess but I prefer wild caught

2019-01-08 01:13:45 UTC

wild has potential probs too ... jus kknow what ur actually eatin...

2019-01-08 01:14:14 UTC

Well yeah definitely clean your meat

2019-01-08 01:14:54 UTC

n make sure its from a good environment n no disease n so on...

2019-01-08 01:15:47 UTC

The reason I am recommending raw meat is because cooked meat, even grilled meat creates cancer@carcinogens in it

2019-01-08 01:15:51 UTC

Lightly cook

2019-01-08 01:15:58 UTC

At very low temperatures

2019-01-08 01:16:28 UTC

i only eat red meat if its very very rare... good stuff😋

2019-01-08 01:16:39 UTC

And your stomach has a very hard time digesting cooked@meat

2019-01-08 01:16:55 UTC

Actually I know a littlle about fish farming.... So I know that there's no danger in farmed fish...

2019-01-08 01:17:00 UTC

rice is pretty good

2019-01-08 01:17:15 UTC

red meat has to b warm n bleedin b4 i like it...

2019-01-08 01:17:20 UTC

Who knew that when humans started using fire to predigest their food that it would give them cancer and this is such a negative that it caused all who did it to be outlived and outbred by those who ate their meat raw.

2019-01-08 01:17:40 UTC

I usually let thre meat get to room temperature

2019-01-08 01:17:45 UTC

Let it ferment a bit

2019-01-08 01:17:49 UTC

And then I eat it

2019-01-08 01:18:06 UTC

@Kragt can you reference the article?

2019-01-08 01:18:19 UTC

2019-01-08 01:18:23 UTC

2019-01-08 01:18:34 UTC

You want raw eggs@from a farm

2019-01-08 01:19:11 UTC

raw eggs r yummy but i likke omelettes too...

2019-01-08 01:19:33 UTC

I actually boil the eggs sometimes but I do like them raw too

2019-01-08 01:19:56 UTC

a raw egg n ur beer is great stuff too

2019-01-08 01:20:19 UTC

2019-01-08 01:20:40 UTC

2019-01-08 01:20:41 UTC

Oh and raw dairy

2019-01-08 01:20:50 UTC

I am not even talking about an article. Just common sense... >_> Humans started to cook their food, if it was so bad for them they would have been outbred and outcompeted by the humans that did not do that. This is evolution 101.
Cooking food takes more energy since you must make a fire to cook it.
Even if it did nothing then it would be removed as a trait on that grounds alone as calories count.

2019-01-08 01:21:09 UTC

@Ravensong but beer and nachos are soo good!

2019-01-08 01:21:18 UTC

love fresh sweet milk straight from the cow.... great stuff

2019-01-08 01:21:29 UTC

Not to say humans can't eat their food raw, but if raw was that good for you, we would be doing it already.

2019-01-08 01:21:34 UTC

Im not an evolutionist so I don’t follow that advice krag

2019-01-08 01:21:54 UTC

unless you're saying they died very quickly after eating cooked meat I'm calling bullshit. they reproduced likely before the cancer got them.
