Honestly any way that doesn't help the system will help the system change. Only science and tech might be able to stop the collapse without too much damage. But I think we might be a little to late.

Politically, Militarily, Economically, Technologically dominant - the world needs the USA

Without us, the Russians and the Chinese will fight for dominance and likely leave most of the world a wasteland
