Plot twist it turns out that the hospital was actually the reason he looked all fucked up and at the end it shows the hospital removing his face skin and replacing it with other skin

It showed his skull and face meat and he was screaming

one of the loops is on a table and he gets his liver pulled out

You have to look through the peephole to see everything in the lucid state

But sometimes it goes out of focus and you move away from it, thats your conciousness all around you

It's hard to explain through text

I haven’t even been able to see clearly in my lucid state ever, everything always has dream fog

But I’ve also never been FULLY lucid

cant sex dreams also be achieved without being lucid or whatever

Like whenever I go fully lucid the first thing I try to do is ground myself by picking out details and rubbing my hands together but I always wake up. I think the closet I got was viewing some trees and grass and it actually sounded like I was outside a little clear

It felt look at sometimes I was watching a movie because of the fog and sometimes it felt like it was hyper real

If you write everything down it’s supposed to help clear that dream fog

When the fog kicks in is when you start to move away from the hole but u kinda have to find your bearings and get back in

But so far for me it hasn’t helped me much, but I can say I’ve dreamt every night since

I entered the dream because I had to jump from this alien ship because they were gonna kill me

And i set a bomb so i had to skydive or die too

then u landed on a farm

But basically I looked down and we were about 30k feet in the air

Yeah, there’s ways to pull yourself back in. Like touching stuff or looking at details or focusing on the fact that you are lucid

Ngl i was scared as shit to jump so i imagined we were a bit closer like towards the mountains

I think usually when I go lucid I forget I’m lucid

So I test jumped and landed

Then i rewinded time and imagined we were 30k up again

Then I got the balls to jump and landed on the farm

However I know I’m dreaming a lot because of all the dumb shit I do
