It dosen't mess with my sleep patterns.
Take cold showers
That'll wake you up
I don't have time to shower in the morning.
I take showers in the evenings.
You cant function without caffeine bc your body replaces certain chems you need with caffeine
That dosen't even happen.
Yes
Ever heard of dopamine?
Caffeine is a stimulant, It can't substitute chems that actually give your body energy.
I'm ASD so I actually have too much dopamine.
If you intake foreign chemicals regularly your body will stop producing certain chemicals bc it is sure that you will keep consuming them
Caffeine can't replace dopamine.
I used dopamine as an example of such a case
Caffeine blocks the hormones that make you feel tired.
And once you intake too much caffeine
Your body will stop having a regular sleeping schedule bc it will no longer produce chems or enzymes that block those hormones
Some people experience sleep disruption or anxiety if they consume caffeine, but others show little disturbance. You're just projecting your own bad experience with caffeine onto others.
It's totally subjective.
Like lactose.
Thats a bit dumb
It's only bad for you.
Not for me.
Caffeine is a drug and you are addicted
No I'm not.
Not yet
I don't get anxiety when I don't consume caffeine, nor am I compelled to consume it.
You said that you cannot function without it right?
>I dont feel bad thing, therefore it doesnt exist
Or it would be significantly more difficult
Yes, but I'm tired in the mornings, I could skip it if I wanted.
Caffeine is not why I'm tired, this is just conjecture.
@Deleted User You've yet to prove why caffeine is objectivly bad.
A protective effect of caffeine against Alzheimer's disease and dementia is possible. It may protect people from liver cirrhosis. Caffeine may lessen the severity of acute mountain sickness if taken a few hours prior to attaining a high altitude. One meta analysis has found that caffeine consumption is associated with a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes. Two meta analyses have reported that caffeine consumption is associated with a linear reduction in risk for parkinson's disease. Caffeine consumption may be associated with reduced risk of depression.
Caffeine is actually good for you in some cases.
>In some cases
Doesnt change the fact that it fucks with the internal chemistry of your body
>well, there may be evidence that caffeine benefits people, but it dosen't benefit me, so therefore, anybody who claims to have benefited from caffeine is lying
Projection much?
How does it fuck with my internal chemistry? Why is this automatically bad?
