it's easy, her plan would cost at least 5 trillion a year, total assets of all USA billionaires is 3.6 trillion. to have them pay for it would require seizing everything they have and it would only fund her plan for a part of a year. she can then say "we'll tax the corporations to pay for it and the middle class will be spared". Um, no. All taxes added on corporations will be considered a raise in the cost of doing business so they'll all raise their prices for services and goods in lockstep. The middle class will directly fund their tax costs.
