you can increase crime punishments and get them out of society, yes its going to cost money, yes it will be expensive, but it will be cheaper than the lost social value having them in society causes, there are going to be trade offs. they will have kids, who are violent, and who will commit crimes, creating more and more social negative costs.

i think it probably does not have to do with time, its probably hormone levels like superherodeluxe said, if we are shooting from the hip that is what i would beleive to be true

rather than killing we should focus on making rehabilitation programs that actually work, for the real monsters we should invest more in mental hospitals and probably build more

no, the system we have now forces ppl to integrate in to anti-social gangs, and it institutionalizes them.

knowledge is free these days, you can find it, no university needed

universities are nice for networking with people you can connect with in business and employment

but, for knowledg, nope, you can do it on your own
