Though if I remember it's made for the less dense states to have an actual voice

All I say is, how is it different than the house? Big states have more votes than smaller states.

yeah this argument comes from people who hate rural populations and want "one person, one vote"

@Cobra Commander I was told this in elementary, middle and high school. I didn't ever believe it but they're are spouting it in schools

History classes in particular are doing students a great disservice by just

twisting history and terminology

Colleges have this problem in fucking spades

And my next semester will have a sociology class, so I'll probably be facing the full brunt of it

Nah, it's disservice is in them not teaching any history anymore, misinformation is one thing, at least the critically thinking will hear about it and double check. But these days they just ignore things and don't even mention them.

Went through all of 3-12 grade without hearing about things like the bay of pigs, most of WW2 and all of WW1 except for some comments on "how it started" aka some guy in Germany was evil, and fsr everyone liked them
