Before Herman Cain withdrew, the plan was for me to head his super PAC as he ran for President. Yes, PACs are soecial interest groups used to funnel money around the donation limits on individual contributions to candidates.

You can donate an unlimited amount to a pac, but can only donate $5200 to a candidate directly
Citizens United was ruled because labor unions were getting around the rules.
Instead of stopping their garbage, Citizens United came about to ‘balance’ things.

At the convention, a candidate has to have a plurality (1/2 delegates +1) to win the nomination.
