The problem with public broadcasting is that A- anyone can watch it and B- it's an uninterrupted stream you can't pause or fast forwards through. C- it's a bait and switch, as in people don't expect to see this stuff when watching something else. Being tricked in to having your kids watch this during a football game is just disgusting and, why anyone would want to do it is, probably only for disturbed reasons
