Well speech is a protected right. Civil disobedience can easily be a crime and often includes trespassing and vandalism. In this case trespassing on energy facilities. Trespassing by Greens who, by the way, like to practice industrial sabotage.

And, not to put to fine a point on it we require a lot of safety training and certification before we let people work with things like million gallon tanks of volatile petrochemicals.
