I think the modern army has an even smaller pool of people to recruit from people are disagnosed far better nowadays

The army is going to have less and less people to recruit from just because of the reality that medical issues aren't something you can allow in the military

Imagine if you get cut off from supplies for a while or if you have a chronic issue

The thing is though once you get in if you present with any of these the army will be hesitant to let you go
