If we don't have laws then people have nothing to prevent them from infringing on others freedom

If they have been here for a set period of time, probably around 10 years then they should be able to vote

Or never

Well if someone has lived in a place for 10 years then they have been there long enough for the results to effect them

And if they have been there for 10 years they are unlikely to immigrate anywhere else anytime soon

Seems that "Human rights" only applies to non whites it seems.
