But for example news sites could force people to click button to accept receiving whatever

And there's some hypocrisy too.. like in some states abortion is legal, but if you got in a car accident with a pregnant woman and her baby dies, you can get tried for manslaughter or in some cases murder

The hypocrisy is because if the mother gets a doctor to abort the fetus it's not murder, but if someone else does then it is.... Either way it's not like the fetus is choosing
