If you think the legal system for *any* cases are good, or that violence solves anything, or that turning any groups into society's pariahs is a net benefit then sorry bruv, cause history shows you're wrong.
It's not the threat of punishment that stops crime, it's the fear of being caught.
You make it a violent end, and the offender will only make more effort to not get caught.
This, again, applies to all law.

The state should act on a case by case to the best solution for the victim.
Not for the best outcome of the state's dignity.
The events that happened won't change because of imprisonment or any punishment.

The other thing is therapists that convince victims to live in victimhood rather than accept it was out of their control, work away from the trauma and grow into a self loving person.

never heard of therapy that advises people don't move on
If we offed or locked up ever child molester we'd be putting like 25% of all dads and uncles into prison.
What's really common is forcing the victim to deep dive into the trauma
And uncover layers of it
And relive the trauma
And bullshit like " *make it part of you*"
There are some real fucking quacks in therapy/counseling.
Not to mention society at large, via movies or magazines or news media.
